General Areas of Practice

Divorce

The decision to end a marriage is one of the toughest decisions that you may ever make. There are many things that you need to consider when filing for divorce, including: the well being of children, potential spousal maintenance, living arrangements, division of assets and liabilities, and more. You have options and it is important to understand those options.

Premises liability

Property owners have a responsibility to ensure that their guests are not placed at undue risk of suffering harm due to unsafe conditions on their premises. This responsibility is not always upheld, resulting in dangerous accidents and serious injuries. For this reason, property owners may be held liable for negligence in placing others in harm's way.

post judgment contempt

Once the Court has issued child support, alimony, visitation, custody or other such Order(s), it is important that the parties observe them to the best of their ability. If one of the parties does not willfully comply with the Court order(s), then the other party may file a motion for contempt to enforce their rights.

criminal defense

When you face arrest and prosecution, having the right lawyer at your side can make a considerable difference in the outcome of your case. Through our intensive criminal law experience, we provide clients with superior defense in felonies, misdemeanors, DUI, traffic violations and federal offenses as well.

car/Truck accidents

After a car accident, you may be facing significant physical injuries that require time away from work and months of physical therapy to assist recovery. You may be suffering from the emotional trauma of losing a loved one in a car crash. Our firm understands this is a difficult time, we are prepared to help you receive the compensation you need and deserve.
